Return & Exchange Policy – Parwaz Electronics
Parwaz Electronics is committed to customer satisfaction. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange based on the following terms.
Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging, accessories, and manuals. A valid proof of purchase such as an invoice or receipt is required.
Non-Returnable Products
We do not accept returns for products that are used, damaged, or missing parts. Customized items, clearance or final-sale items are also non-returnable.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, email our support team with your order number and reason for return. After approval, you will receive return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was damaged or defective.
Inspection and Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or store credit.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange a product, follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
