Return and Refund Policy

You may return a product if:
- It is incorrect (unopened and in original packaging).
- It is damaged or significantly different from its online listing.
For a change of mind, you may return the product within 10 days of delivery. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. A restocking fee between 0–25% may apply.
If packaging has been opened and the product is not defective, a fee between 0–25% may still apply for operational costs.
In case of refused delivery by the customer, Parwaz Electronics reserves the right to deduct operational charges within the 0–25% range of the item value.
